Find the right journal. Get your paper formatted for it.
Enter your paper title. We check about 500 related papers, rank the journals that published the most of them, and reformat your Word file to the journal you pick. You submit it yourself.
From a title to a file you can submit
-
Enter your paper title
Add the abstract too if you like, since it gives better matches. Choose where to look: Scopus, Google Scholar, DOAJ or all of them.
A free account is enough to search. Searches repeat for free for two weeks.
-
Pick a journal from the ranking
Each journal shows how many related papers it published, how many of them are recent, which indexes list it, and a link to its website.
A journal that published many papers like yours is a good fit signal. Check its scope and fees yourself.
-
Upload your Word file
We read the journal's author guidelines from its link, a PDF or pasted text, turn them into rules you can review, and apply them to your .docx.
Word files only. A PDF cannot be reformatted reliably.
-
Download the formatted file and its report
The report lists what changed, which limits passed or failed, and what you still need to check by hand.
We never claim a perfect result. Read the file before you submit.
-
Submit on the journal's site and track it here
You submit manually, so your account and declarations stay yours. Note the manuscript ID and update the status as the journal's emails arrive.
Statuses: submitted, under review, revision, accepted, rejected, published.

Every change is listed, old value and new. Anything the software cannot do safely is handed back to you as a short list, so nothing is hidden inside the file.

Questions people ask
How are the journals chosen?
You enter your paper title, and optionally the abstract. We look at about 500 related published papers and count which journals published them. The journals with the most related papers come first, each with its count and a link to the journal's website. A journal that publishes many papers like yours is a good sign for fit, but it does not promise acceptance.
What do the Scopus, Google Scholar and DOAJ options do?
Scopus and DOAJ keep only journals that are listed there. The Scopus check uses Elsevier's public Source List, which the site loads and refreshes. Google Scholar has no official interface for software, so this option runs through a paid search service and looks at the first few pages of results. It is included in plans that mention it.
Do you submit my paper to the journal?
No. You submit it yourself on the journal's own website, so you keep control of your account, files and declarations. The portal gives you the journal link and the formatted file, and keeps a tracker where you note the submission date, manuscript ID and status.
Which files can I upload?
Word files (.docx). A PDF cannot be reformatted reliably, so please upload the Word version. If you have an old .doc file, open it in Word and save it as .docx.
How are the journal's guidelines read?
From the journal link shown in your results. If that page cannot be read automatically, you can paste the guidelines text or upload the guidelines PDF. An AI model turns the guidelines into a list of rules, and you can check and edit that list before your paper is formatted.
Will a formatted paper be accepted?
We cannot promise that. Formatting is one part of a submission. The change report lists what was changed, which limits passed or failed (for example abstract length), and what you must check by hand, such as equations, wide tables and citation style. Always read the formatted file before you submit it.
Is my paper kept private?
Your files are stored in your account and are only available to you. They are deleted automatically after the retention period shown in your account. When you run formatting, text from your paper is sent to an AI service to detect its structure and to rewrite the reference list.
How do packages work?
One paper credit formats one paper for one journal, and you can run the same paper for the same journal up to three times. Journal searches have a daily limit. Send an enquiry and we will talk to you, then activate the package on your account.
Want a plan, or have a question?
Send the form and we will get back to you, usually within one working day. We talk through what you need, then activate the plan on your account.
