What we store

Your name, email address, institution, paper titles, the files you upload and the formatted files we create, your submission tracker entries, and enquiry messages you send us.

How files are used

Uploaded files are used only to produce your formatted file and report. Text from your paper is sent to the AI provider selected by the site owner while formatting runs. Files are deleted automatically after the retention period set in the site settings.

Who can see your files

Only you, through your account. Site administrators can see your account details and tracker entries, not your uploaded files.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can delete a paper and its files at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account, write to us using the contact details on the site.
